Positioned as a Full-Time role, the selected candidate will be pivotal in expanding our client base through direct, face-to-face interaction, bringing our innovative solutions to a wider audience.
Please note that this is an onsite position requiring physical presence in various locations and is not eligible for remote status. A Door to Door Canvasser with our team plays a fundamental role in setting the groundwork for our sales operations and contributing significantly to our customer engagement strategies. This position demands high energy, a positive attitude, and an unyielding commitment to achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Door to Door canvassing throughout assigned territories to maximize outreach and company presence.
- Set appointments for sales representatives to secure potential business opportunities.
- Works with a team at all times to coordinate and strategize effective canvassing routes and methods.
- Engage potential clients through effective communication and persuasive techniques to pique interest in our products and services.
- Collect and document feedback and various responses from prospects, utilising this information to enhance future canvassing efforts.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and sales tactics to effectively answer questions and overcome objections.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and adapt to market changes.
- Comply with all company guidelines, procedures, and ethical codes of conduct at all times.
- Achieve and strive to exceed the expected quotas for leads and appointment settings.
- Report daily activities and results to the canvassing supervisor regularly.
Requirements
- Must be able to engage customers with ENTHUSIASM and persuasive communication abilities.
- Must be willing to be outside for extended periods alongside the sales team, regardless of the weather conditions.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques in customer engagement and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in, customer service, or a similar role involving direct customer interaction is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills with the ability to navigate through diverse groups of people and environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Self-motivated with a persistent work ethic that thrives within a performance-driven atmosphere.
