Solutions of Florida, Inc., a recognized leader in home cleaning solutions, is excited to announce a career opportunity for motivated individuals in our Kirby Home Cleaning System Sales division. This full-time position is tailored for energetic individuals who thrive in direct customer interactions and are eager to drive sales for state-of-the-art home cleaning systems. As a sales representative, you will integrate yourself with customers to demonstrate the superiority and utility of the Kirby systems, enhancing their living environments.

Please note, this position is not remote and requires a dynamic, on-the-go approach to customer engagement directly in their homes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform in-person demonstrations of Kirby Home Cleaning Systems to potential and existing customers.
  • Attend daily team meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and achievements.
  • Introduce, present, and successfully sell the home system by emphasizing its quality and unmatched capabilities.
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that align with Kirby's standards of home care.
  • Meet and exceed specified sales targets; actively seek ways to increase sales performance.
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the management team to improve product and service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitors' products.
  • Participate in ongoing training to ensure expertise in demonstration techniques and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and customer experience.
  • Manage all sales-related administrative duties, including documentation of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting the company’s image within all professional communications and activities.

Requirements

  • Proven outdoor sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Elite customer service skills, with the ability to engage and attract new customers.
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to convey product benefits effectively.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and the capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in sales and marketing are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to move about freely; this position involves traveling to customer locations.
  • Experience in in-person canvassing and outdoor sales training.
  • Demonstrated ability in learning and teaching complex sales techniques, particularly door-to-door canvassing strategies.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressures of a sales environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
