Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high-performance standards for the canvassing teams to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the appropriate product knowledge and canvassing skills.
- Develop strategic canvassing routes and territories that optimize interaction potential with the target audience.
- Maintain regular contact with team members in the field, providing real-time guidance and support to maximize performance.
- Monitor team performance through daily tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure consistency in message and brand representation across all interactions.
- Organize daily and weekly team meetings to set goals, share effective techniques, and disseminate updates on products and market conditions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports on results, challenges, and market insights to senior management.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling, budget management, and logistical arrangements for canvassing operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal guidelines, maintaining ethical conduct and protecting the company's reputation at all times.
- Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a culture of ownership, excitement, professionalism, and dedication.
- Anticipate and manage risks associated with D2D operations, quickly resolving issues that could affect the quality or safety of the team's work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or similar leadership role in direct sales or marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to train, motivate, and direct people in a persuasive and inspiring manner.
- Proficient in managing logistics, route planning, and team scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data and market feedback.
