This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to kickstart their career in sales with a growing company. At J.B. This is a full-time position located in sunny Florida and is not a remote job. The selected candidate will be a crucial part of our direct-to-consumer sales operations, focusing on our exclusive range of products. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to engage directly with customers and drive our sales initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions within assigned territories.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customers in person.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the sales industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Offer cleaning solutions through our Kirby Home Cleaning System.
- Assist customers with product orders and inquiries.
- Help with the acquisition of appointments
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative is beneficial but not necessary.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- High school degree; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must have access to a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
