Immediate full-time opening. HJ Holtz and Son, an established, progressive and growing residential painting contractor in Richmond, VA and the surrounding areas is now accepting applications for a friendly, helpful, and organized Customer Concierge to join our team.

The Customer-Focused Customer Concierge is a critical part of our company so it’s important that the person we choose will be a “fit” with our commitments and shared values. ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Support:

• Answer incoming calls direct calls to the proper person or department.

• Process and schedule all inbound requests for estimates that come in via phone, online, e-mail, etc….

• Provide support during the life of the lead including appointment setting, light pre-qualifying, appointment confirmation, and pre appointment confirmation as required.

• Assist with addressing customer needs while delivering excellent service in a confident and friendly manner..

• Communicate and collaborate with staff to assist with project support, information requests, etc.

Operational Support:

• Provide operational support pre, in process, and post project.

• Approve timesheets daily and ensure accuracy.

• Support payroll department in accurate payroll processing.

• Participate in managing and reporting job costing data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative experience and/or customer service experience preferred.

• A warm and confident communication style; both verbal and written.

• We are a tech driven company…Cloud-based software, familiarity with and willingness to learn new technologies and applications.

• DISC Assessment we will provide you with to ensure you will enjoy working on our team.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week

• 8-4:30 preferred

COMPENSATION:

• $55,000 per year
