You will have the autonomy to manage your own client base, meet with customers face-to-face, and become a trusted advisor to your customers. Field Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential and existing customers, cultivating relationships and presenting our client's telecommunications solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Conduct in-person meetings demonstrating product value and customizing solutions to address their needs.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying new opportunities, managing a pipeline, and closing deals in alignment with individual and team targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and go-to point of contact for ongoing support.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to consistently provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience from start to finish.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and career growth within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred, but not required.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Comfortable with prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and deliver complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-first mentality with the ability to understand and address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions to challenges.
