Our team at TriMkt is looking for a results-driven Marketing Representative with a passion for cultivating relationships with consumers to help increase brand awareness and sales for our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting products to existing and new customers, while analyzing and identifying customers’ needs to improve and increase sales. Your daily duties include preparing and giving marketing presentations to customers, helping process sales orders, and resolving customer complaints.

The ideal candidate is someone able to educate consumers on the benefits of our clients products and services, negotiate terms and successfully process sales. Our Marketing Representative must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Above all, in-depth knowledge of our products and services is a must, along with a confident and enthusiastic approach to each customer.

Marketing Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and process sale of products and services to current and new customers
• Analyze and identify customers’ needs and wishes
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with other representatives and departments
• Analyze market potential, trends, and best practices
• Prepare and give marketing presentations
• Implement sales efforts in marketing programs
• Answer questions about product specifications, prices, and availability
• Schedule meetings and presentations with customers
• Develop and implement action plans by conducting data analysis
• Maintain professional and trustworthy relationships with customers

Marketing Representative Requirements:

• Some Education in business, marketing, communications, economics, or a similar field
• Previous working experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
• Ability to learn fast and understand products
• Knowledge of marketing and sales processes and dynamics
• Outstanding communication, and presentation skills
