We are currently seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative, a full-time role that is vital to our continuous efforts to provide top-tier support and satisfaction to our clients. This position is based in our head office and is not eligible for remote work. As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line in fostering customer relationships and embodying the values and mission of AMS Enterprises.

As the direct point of contact for customer inquiries, your ability to respond with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency will directly reflect the standards and integrity of AMS Enterprises.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or face to face to provide information about products and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternative products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure feedback.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Participate in training sessions to grow knowledge of product offerings and enhance communication skills.
Requirements
- No previous experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach that involves active listening and effective questioning techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various types of customers and work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
