Hanson Consulting Group is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.We have a number of opportunities to work with our clients as a Project/Program Manager and would love to connect with you if you have experience in this area.We are currently able to consider candidates who reside in the following U.S. states: Washington, California, Minnesota, Montana, New York, Texas, and West Virginia. Please only apply if you reside in one of these states.Typical Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end project/program management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.Develop and manage project roadmaps: Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation.Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.Stakeholder communication: Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting key progress, risks, and decisions.Data-driven decision making: Use data and insights to inform project planning, monitor performance, and implement improvements.Agile and iterative methodologies: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Typical Requirements:3-10 years of project management experience - demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and can work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, collaborate well with others and be a team player.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar software.PMP, PMI, or other project management certification (preferred).
