Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to provide strategic support to our client's team, ID@Xbox. As a Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally to lead and oversee projects, drive key metrics, and ensure the successful delivery of various projects.

Duties & Responsibilities include: 

• Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders at ID@Xbox to effectively manage multiple projects to completion.  
• Develop and implement frameworks to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of new content across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, such as partner surveys and newsletters.
• Provide team reports and status updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and risks.
• Drive process improvements based off ID@Xbox partner feedback by updating documentation and integrating changes with the team. 
• Identify key issues and manage escalations from partners to senior leadership.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for critical stakeholder meetings.

 
Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of senior project or program management experience, preferably in gaming or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with consumer-facing products is a plus.
• Experience in the gaming industry or Xbox is a plus.
