Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to support our client’s content team in the gaming industry! In this role, you’ll play an integral part in the planning, collaboration and execution of projects to successfully deliver support content to consumers worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilities include: 

• Support and partner with internal/external teams, team leads and stakeholders for new project requests
• Aggregate, organize and recommend project execution framework to ensure new content is delivered efficiently and on time both internally and cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
• Provide completed project reports and ongoing project status updates 
• Identify, support and implement process improvements including documentation updates, templates etc.
• Create PowerPoint presentations as needed for stakeholder meetings (e.g. project kick-off and status updates)
• Help gather information and assist with project postmortem meetings
• Performs quality checks for live content as needed
• Contributes to weekly, monthly, and quarterly and ad-hoc reviews for both stakeholders and Hanson

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a project or program management type position
• Organized and successfully meets deadlines
• Comfortable with creating and interpreting reporting leveraging multiple data sources
• Strong communicator (upward and downward communication)
• Proficient in PowerBI, Excel and Azure Dev Ops is a plus
• Experience supporting consumer facing products or programs is a plus
• Previous Xbox experience is preferred, and/or Microsoft experience is a plus
