Hanson Consulting Group is seeking an innovative Producer to join our team to coordinate the production
and delivery of UX/UI assets for our client’s game studio. The ideal candidate
will have experience in project management, production, quality assurance, and
a passion for gaming and entertainment industries.
This is an exciting 3-month contract role with
opportunity for extension. We are currently registered and able to consider candidates
who reside in Washington or California for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement, organization, and delivery of UX/UI assets, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are aligned with the creative vision and technical requirements of the project.
- Review incoming assets to ensure they meet quality standards and are suitable for integration into the game, providing feedback or requesting revisions as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive database to track the status, usage rights, and versions of all assets, ensuring they are easily accessible to the development team when needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between game studios and internal development teams to ensure alignment on asset requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assess and optimize the asset production pipeline to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and streamline the delivery process.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that design elements are visually appealing and user-friendly while adhering to the project’s technical specifications.
- Track and manage both aesthetic and technical elements of UX/UI assets, ensuring seamless integration into the game.
- Utilize JIRA to create, assign, and track tasks and deliverables for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely completion.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-6 years of experience in production, coordination, or UX/UI roles within media, art, or gaming industries
- Familiarity with UX/UI services and understanding of user experience principles
- Proficiency in JIRA for task management and tracking
- Work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize and manage multiple workstreams or deliverables simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
