Project/Program Manager Opportunities

Salary Range:  $70000 - $120000 year

We have a number of contract opportunities to work with our clients as a Project/Program Manager and would love to connect with you if you have experience in this area.

Typical Responsibilities: 

  • Drive end-to-end project/program management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps: Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects. 
  • Stakeholder communication: Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting key progress, risks, and decisions. 
  • Data-driven decision making: Use data and insights to inform project planning, monitor performance, and implement improvements. 
  • Agile and iterative methodologies: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.  

Typical Requirements: 

  • 2-10+ years of project management experience - demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion. 
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication skills and can collaborate well with others and be a team player. 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar software.  
  • PMP, PMI, or other project management certification (preferred).
