Account Manager

Salary Range:  $80000 - $90000 year

Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our internal team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing outsourced managed services teams and employees on projects within finance, tech and gaming organizations. The individual in this role will also partner closely with our clients to understand individual and team deliverables as they align to business needs, ensuring our employees and teams are consistently adding value to our client’s organizations through their delivery and execution of work. 



Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the management and oversight of outsourced managed services teams and individual employee contracts including performance management, employee relations and engagement, career development and workforce planning
  • Responsible for working collaboratively to successfully hire and bring on new employees at Hanson and with the client, including conducting and facilitating interviews, partnering with internal staff on offer letters, and submitting required information to the client for on-boarding
  • Work with clients and team members to define, develop, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics in alignment with contractual agreements and client initiatives 
  • Partner with CEO, internal team and clients to ensure all contract renewals and year-end activities are completed on time, and without disruption to employees or our clients’ business
  • Partner with Engagement Leads and clients to maintain network and tools access for all employees
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business partners, establishing good rapport and regular meeting cadences
  • Responsible for collecting data and feedback to create and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to clients
  • May support RFI/RFPs (Request for Information, Request for Proposal) and new business inquiries
  • Manage individual contracts and employees with projects in Beeline, ensuring all processes are followed in alignment with supplier guidelines
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, finance or related degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client facing role such as account management, client services, customer success, and program management
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities based on business need
  • Analytical and curious- able to deep dive to learn and understand work that the team delivers on behalf of clients
  • Detail oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience pulling together and/or delivering executive level presentations 
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Is successful and enjoys working independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Msft. Office Suite
  • Experience managing and leading individuals and/or teams is a plus
  • Passion or interest in entertainment, gaming and tech industries is preferred
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops and PowerBI is a plus
