Salary Range:  $20 - $24 hour

Job Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, employee supervision, and the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that products, tools, and equipment are received, stored, maintained, and distributed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.

• Oversee the receiving, storing, maintenance, and distribution of goods, tools, and equipment within the warehouse.

Take primary responsibility for the maintenance, organization, and troubleshooting of paint sprayer machines and related equipment, ensuring all machinery is in proper working condition.

• Conduct regular inspections, perform basic repairs, and coordinate professional servicing when necessary to minimize downtime.

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels of materials, tools, and replacement parts.

• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment maintenance records and prepare reports for management.

• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and equipment allocation for job sites. • Implement technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Proven experience in warehouse management, equipment handling, or a similar role

Hands-on familiarity with paint sprayer machines, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
