What You’ll Do:

Lead Installation Projects: As the Crew Lead, take charge of installing gutters and gutter guards, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

Collaborate with Your Crew: Coordinate with 2-3 helpers to pick up materials and transport tools to job sites, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards on every project.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade/Skills Requesting: Gutter Installers for the Crew Lead position, along with 2-3 helpers (can start with fewer helpers if needed).

Experience: Previous experience in gutter installation or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and handle hand and power tools effectively.

Tools: Must possess the recommended tools (listed below) and maintain them in good working order.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding safely.

Your Schedule:

Training: Two hours in the office and the remainder of the day in the field. Training is unpaid, while field training is paid.

Workweek: Enjoy a structured workweek with the option to take on additional weekend projects.

Additional Requirements:

Must be within driving distance of Centre County, PA, or willing to commute.
