We are seeking experienced and skilled Window, Door, and Kitchen Installers to join our remodeling team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing in-stock windows, doors, and future kitchen installations in residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Perform high-quality installations of windows, doors, and kitchens according to company standards and client specifications.
- Team Leadership: Crew Leads will manage and direct their crew, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and building codes. Crew Leads must have RRP certification and lead certification.
- Tooling: Crew Leads must have their own metal break for installations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet the company’s quality standards, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in remodeling and carpentry, with a focus on windows, doors, and kitchens.
- Crew Leads must possess a lead certification and have their own metal break.
- Proven ability to manage a team and ensure all members adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Ability to pass a background check (Note: If any member of a crew fails the background check, the entire crew will be turned down).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites within the designated area.
- Must pass a background check.
Compensation:
- Biweekly pay, pay week ends on Fridays.
