Triangle Remodeling is looking for a driven Recruiter Assistant to support our recruitment team in finding top talent for our remodeling projects. This position is 100% commission-based, rewarding you for every successful candidate hired. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for positions such as window and door installers, kitchen installers, and helpers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the tracking system.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status.
- Collaborate with the recruiter to post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification when necessary.
- Provide administrative support, including tracking recruitment metrics and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with online tools and databases (e.g., ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Sales-minded with a goal-oriented attitude.
Compensation:This is a commission-based position where you will be compensated for each successful candidate placement. Earnings are directly tied to your performance, with no cap on potential earnings.
