Job Description:

As a Sales Account Manager at Triangle Remodeling, you will be a key player in expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a combination of sales expertise, construction industry knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients.Understand clients' remodeling needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our remodeling teams.

New Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the remodeling and renovation sector.Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and market trends.Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.

Sales Quota Achievement:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable projects.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with our remodeling and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Maintain open lines of communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or remodeling industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction and remodeling processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
