Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during surgical procedures, including prepping the patient, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring the surgical area is prepared and maintained.
• Take CT scans, Upload images for planning, take excellent patient photos, pour models, make temporary crowns on implants, and fabricate custom healing abutments. 
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Listen to learn the patient's goals and make clear pass-offs to the doctor and other team to ensure a smooth patient experience. 
• Manage patient records, including documenting procedures and updating medical histories.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining inventory.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of experience in an advanced restorative or surgical setting.
• Proficiency in assisting with oral surgeries, including extractions, implants, and other complex procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of dental software and office procedures is a plus.
