We are seeking a dynamic and determined individual to help us expand our marketing efforts and play a crucial role in our company’s growth. This position is a full-time opportunity located at our office and requires a presence onsite as it is not a remote job. The chosen candidate will join a vibrant team dedicated to innovative marketing strategies and superior client satisfaction.

The Entry Level Marketing Representative position involves hands-on involvement in our marketing initiatives at top retail locations where our company operates. This role requires consistent in-person engagement to effectively drive brand growth and customer acquisition. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions.
  • Accurately assess and qualify the needs and preferences of consumers.
  • Maintain and propel marketing and sales campaigns within prestigious retail environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing top-notch customer service to existing clients.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings to stay updated on changes in campaigns and promotions.
  • Meticulously track and report personal and team marketing and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying demands and fast-paced environments.
  • Availability to work full-time, including some weekends and holidays, as required by marketing campaign schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and apply problem-solving strategies.
