As a core point of contact for our customers, you will be instrumental in representing our brand and services. Please note, this job is not remote and will require your presence at our facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to provide response and resolution to inquiries and issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure overall satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right tools and resources.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts. 
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer base.
  • Train and learn to operate equipment.
  • Participate in educational and training opportunities to broaden skills and specialize in areas relevant to customers' needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Proven customer service or client service experience preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; understanding verbal and written communication is a plus but not a must.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and navigating high-stress situations.
  • Reliable transportation to and from our office.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience. 
  • Aptitude for learning about products and services and relaying that information to customers.
  • Willingness to engage in face-to-face interactions to advertise and promote company and products.
  • Must be capable of understanding the equipment thoroughly and translating that knowledge effectively to our consumer base. 
  • Capacity and willingness to learn, understand, and effectively communicate industry-specific information to a diverse client base.
