- Provide detailed explanations of the nuances of different loan offerings, terms, and conditions to clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to market legal, compliance, and financial principles/standards in the facilitation of all loans.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Loan Broker, or a similar role in the financial services industry, specifically with a focus on commercial and residential loans.
- High proficiency in using loan origination systems and understanding of ERP financial software, and CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and tailor loan solutions based on comprehensive risk assessments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse client groups.
- Detailed understanding of the current financial regulations, compliance standards, and the legal implications of loan origination.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup, maintaining productivity and engagement with minimal supervision.
