• Meet membership sales goals: Drive membership sales and meet monthly targets.
• Recommend and sell spa services: Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and communicate its value to clients. Don’t worry—we’ll train you on our services!
• Provide excellent customer service: Build lasting relationships with members and guests.
• Communicate effectively: Explain sales, promotions, and service options clearly to clients.
• Bring a positive attitude: Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure the spa is pristine and welcoming.
• Handle administrative tasks: Answer phones and schedule appointments.
