The Front Office position is crucial for the first impressions we make. This role involves extensive interaction with our patients and requires a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining the high standards of customer service that Genuine Smiles is known for.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Making and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency.
  • Replying promptly to client texts and emails to address any concerns or queries.
  • Verifying patient insurance coverages and contacting insurance companies to confirm details as needed.
  • Processing payments and balancing financial accounts at the end of each business day.
  • Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality of the patient's information.
  • Providing clients with support and guidance in filling out paperwork.
  • Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and conducive to a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinating with other team members to support overall patient care and office activities.
