Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive exams and assess X-rays to evaluate patient oral health.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address dental health issues.

  • Provide cosmetic dental treatments, including teeth whitening, bonding, and veneers, to improve the appearance of patients' smiles.

  • Restore dental implants, perform fillings, root canals, endodontic procedures, and place crowns, bridges, and implants to repair damaged or missing teeth.

  • Perform surgical extractions as needed.

  • Prescribe or administer medications to manage pain and enhance patient well-being.

  • Educate and advise patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.

  • Fit and adjust dental appliances for patients.

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.

  • Proficient in using Cerec technology for dental procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of modern dental practices and techniques.

  • Ability to diagnose and treat oral health issues using exams, X-rays, and patient history.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient relationships.

  • Excellent ability to explain procedures and instructions clearly to patients and staff.

  • Competence with dental tools and equipment, such as mouth mirrors, probes, drills, and scalers.

  • Proficiency in computer-assisted dental technology and record management systems.

  • Knowledge of current safety protocols, infection control measures, and privacy regulations.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire the team to deliver excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

  • 2+ years of clinical experience.

  • Active state dental license and malpractice insurance.

  • Familiarity with healthcare software and databases.

  • Willingness to adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on dental advancements.

  • Ability to commit to a 5-year tenure with our practice.
