Your Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive exams, evaluate X-rays, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide a full spectrum of care, from cosmetic treatments like veneers and teeth whitening to restorative procedures, including crowns, bridges, and implants.
  • Carry out surgical extractions, root canals, and other endodontic treatments as needed.
  • Educate and guide patients on oral hygiene and preventative care practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care while maintaining precise, up-to-date patient records.

What You Bring

  • Education: DDS or DMD degree with an active state dental license and malpractice insurance.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice with a solid foundation in modern dental techniques.
  • Skills: Proficient in Cerec technology, diagnostics, and treatment planning. Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities to foster positive relationships and team inspiration.
  • Commitment: A desire to stay long-term (minimum 5-year tenure) and grow within our practice.
