Our Management Trainee’s Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer
Provide customers with accurate, complete information regarding products and services to ensure we find the best package to meet their needs
Identify and generate new sales leads through in-person consultations with customers
Communicate directly with customers inside a retail store, show product demonstrations, and solve customer's problems that may arise
Participate and maintain an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere for all customers and Management Trainee team members
Great customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
We are looking for a Management Trainee with the following background and skills:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience: Sales, business, client relations, or account management background is ideal
Organization skills: Being able to prioritize the task at hand and manage time efficiently
Communication skills: interacting with the customers and associates with a patient and helpful attitude
People Skills: enthusiastic, persistent, professional, and engaging with all customers, clients, and team members
Passion for Sales: Ability to negotiate new contacts, overturn objections, and achieve projected sales targets
