Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to wireless services and products.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless devices and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate with team members to facilitate the resolution of complex issues.
  • Work closely with customers to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry technologies, trends, and practices to assist customers effectively.
  • Conduct wireless product demonstrations to educate customers on product usage and benefits.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to wireless services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while performing daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Open availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a working vehicle.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and technology used for documentation and customer support.
  • Capability to perform tasks in high-pressure environments while maintaining precision and accuracy.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and customer service initiatives.
