In this role, you will be given the chance to develop your managerial and leadership skills through hands-on participation in projects and tasks that are crucial to our day-to-day operations. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior managers and other team members to learn all aspects of running a successful business within Eighty 8 Solutions, Inc. Your training will be multifaceted, covering a variety of departments, ensuring extensive learning and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program designed to provide an overview of all functional aspects of the organization.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations and contribute to the planning and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support the development and execution of business solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support in managing financial objectives by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions in line with budgetary considerations.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to enhance personal understanding and strengthen business skills.
  • Under the guidance of senior staff, manage portions of projects, taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • Understand and comply with all legal and corporate policies to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Previous background in leadership, management, sales, customer service, or related positions.
  • Possess a driver's license with access to a working vehicle.
  • Available to work a full-time schedule with weekend availability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to various challenges with a proactive attitude.
  • A desire to grow and develop within the organization, taking on additional responsibilities over time.
