Front Desk + Clinical Support – Dental Office Team Member (Full-Time)
Opportunity for Licensed Dental Assistants or Candidates with Strong Administrative Skills & Clinical Interest
We’re hiring a dynamic, detail-oriented team member to join our dental office in a hybrid role that combines front office excellence with behind-the-scenes clinical support. Whether you’re a licensed dental assistant ready to use your full skill set, or someone with a strong administrative background and an interest in the clinical side of dentistry, this role offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a big impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations including phones, scheduling, emails, and insurance coordination
Facilitate a smooth daily flow for both the team and patients
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, consent forms, and patient communication
Clinical Support (Role Adjusted Based on Licensure)
If licensed (MN Dental Assistant):
Provide chairside assisting and expanded functions as permitted by licensure
Take X-rays, impressions, and assist with restorative procedures
Support sterilization, room prep, and patient education
If not licensed:
Assist with sterilizing instruments, room turnover, stocking supplies, and other supportive clinical tasks
Work closely with the clinical team to maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready environment
Who We're Looking For
A positive, dependable team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and around dental procedures
Friendly, professional, and eager to provide excellent service to patients and team members
If licensed: Active Minnesota Dental Assistant license
If not licensed: Willing to be trained in clinical support and infection control protocols
