Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions by promoting AT&T's products and technologies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting and selling products and services directly to consumers.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to gain new clientele and expand the company's market share.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and promotions offered by AT&T and its competitors.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to understand product features and learn new sales techniques.
  • Implement marketing strategies as developed by the marketing team to attract new customers to AT&T services.
  • Report daily and weekly sales achievements and customer interactions to management.
  • Manage and update customer accounts accurately and efficiently ensuring all contract and administration work is completed.
  • Actively participate in promotional events and trade shows organized by the company to promote AT&T's products and services.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapting to situations as necessary to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities related to sales, such as processing customer contracts and sales documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role in the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with the ability to apply effective sales techniques.
  • Superior interpersonal skills to engage and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and sales management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
  • Knowledge of AT&T products, services, and market trends is highly desirable.
  • Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain motivated and maintain high energy particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during work hours is required.
  • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Dedication to ethics and integrity in handling customer information and transactions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this position may require some travel to client sites and events.
  • Legal authorization to work in the respective country without sponsorship for employment visa status.
