Core Acquisitions Inc. is excited to announce a new job opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative at Core Acquisitions, you will be the front-line contact for our clients, primarily focusing on our in-person interactions with customers for our esteemed client, AT&T.

This opening is for a full-time role and is not eligible for remote work; hence the selected candidate will be expected to work on-location to directly engage with our clients and customers. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and commitment that Core Acquisitions Inc. is known for.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about AT&T products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction before the conclusion of each interaction.
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area that complies with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve set targets and enhance the customer service process.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to improve personal skillsets and overall service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and feedback purposes.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain up-to-date customer data and interaction logs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service strategies and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to stay resilient and patient when dealing with difficult situations or customers.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once with high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Commitment to adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service and handling of transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals.
