Please note, this is not a remote job opportunity and requires an on-the-ground presence for effective execution of the assigned tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt, attentive, and solution-oriented service for all account-related inquiries and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling while maintaining a client-centered approach in all business deals.
  • Maintain abreast of market trends and industry insights to place the client’s needs and strategic plans at the forefront of all business initiatives.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and close agreements, safeguarding the interest of the company while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities to keep skills and industry knowledge up to date.

Requirements

  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Acumen in negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a consistent track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt to diverse client needs and organizational dynamics.
  • Demonstrable capability to self-motivate and direct.
  • Ready and available to work from the office location and travel when required.
