As a Sales Lead Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and help expand our client's reach into new markets. Please note a successful candidate will be expected to work onsite at our facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Represent our clients in their on-site promotions within our partner retails.
• Help engage with customers and generate new sales leads for our clients.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Help expand our current client campaign into new markets and increase their bottom line.
• Identify and resolve client concerns, coordinating with the respective departments as needed.
• Provide on-the-job training to entry level sales employees (once you are properly trained on our clients campaign)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with a fully on-site role.

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field preferred.
