Job Description:

Value Vortex is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Outside Fiber Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. In this full-time field role, you’ll play a key part in introducing and promoting our fiber optic internet solutions directly to potential customers. This position offers you exclusive leads and the opportunity to bring our innovative products directly to the doorsteps of potential clients, transforming their online experience and enhancing their connectivity.

This is not a remote position and requires in-person marketing activities in the field. With an average compensation of $115,000–$135,000 annually (based on performance and including bonuses), this role is perfect for skilled sales professionals ready to take their career to the next level. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Exclusive Leads: Handle and nurture exclusive, high-quality Fiber Internet leads daily, ensuring each opportunity receives focused attention.
  • Neighborhood Outreach: Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted residential areas, introducing our Fiber Internet services and educating potential clients.
  • Customer Education: Highlight the cost-saving benefits and advanced features of our Fiber service compared to traditional cable internet.
  • Build Client Relationships: Engage directly with potential customers, fostering positive relationships on behalf of the Value Vortex brand.
  • Deliver Effective Messaging: Memorize and confidently deliver sales pitches tailored to diverse customer needs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Capture Customer Insights: Collect and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement in marketing and product strategies.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Exceed weekly and monthly targets by utilizing effective and strategic marketing techniques.
  • Stay Informed: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on the latest product improvements and sales tactics.
  • Accurate Documentation: Keep precise records of sales activity, customer information, and other marketing data.
  • Innovative Engagement: Develop creative methods to increase community awareness and uptake of fiber optic services.
  • Adhere to Standards: Follow company policies, uphold ethical standards, and consistently deliver high-quality service.


    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
    • Willingness to travel to various locations for sales campaigns and customer outreach.
    • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for daily transportation.
    • Proficiency in memorizing and delivering scripts to maintain clear, effective messaging.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and connect with customers at their homes.
    • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Physically capable of walking and standing for extended periods, often outdoors in various weather.
    • Proven reliability, punctuality, and commitment to customer service excellence.
    • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on campaign needs.
    • Strong organization and multitasking skills, suited to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
