We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of service. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales performance and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on cash handling, inventory management, and retail sales techniques.
• Maintain an organized inventory system, monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.
• Foster a customer-centric culture by modeling excellent interpersonal skills.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail or wireless sales environment is preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage consumer relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail sales strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
