Duties- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.- Assist in restocking equipment and organizing merchandise to ensure an appealing environment.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.- Uphold high standards of in-person customer interactions and inquiries.

Requirements- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.- Familiarity with teamwork setting- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.- Ability to perform product demos and explain features to customers clearly.- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.- Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
