DES GROUP has been in the greater Green Bay area for over 20+ years offering cleaning products to consumers to help protect their investments at home. We are looking to fill Customer Service Representative positions for the holiday. You don't need any experience we will train you!

Assist in processing and securing orders by:

• Ensuring accurate entry of customer information and order details
• Verifying inventory availability and confirming order specifications
• Communicating order status and delivery timelines to customers
• Coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill orders promptly
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies with orders efficiently
• Maintaining detailed records of all order transactions
• Implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive customer information
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the order process.

Requirements include:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must possess reliable transportation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Capable of standing for more than 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to travel, among others.
