Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services in various settings, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities- Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure thorough cleaning.- Conduct floor care tasks, including buffing and maintaining the appearance of various surfaces.- Execute residential cleaning duties in a variety of environments, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies used during cleaning operations.- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.- Follow environmental services guidelines to promote sustainability and responsible waste management.

Qualifications- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is a plus.- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
