Salary Range:  $750.00 - $1800.00 week

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various customer needs while maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product information and order status.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills while engaging with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Handle customer transaction and order status
  • Schedule appointments with customer (if necessary)
  • Provide customers with new product recommendations and upgrade
  • Inventory control and management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to upsell products when appropriate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task while conversing with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a flexible schedule
