The DES Group Customer Experience Representative is often a customer's first interaction with our company. This role is not only important but also crucial in delivering the world-class service and support we provide to each customer. You will work alongside our sales team and directly with customers to ensure smooth transactions and address any product questions. The ideal candidate will have an infectious personality, excellent organizational skills, and a strong motivation to provide an exceptional customer experience.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensure a memorable experience with DES Group by providing exceptional service to each customer.
  • Identify and address customer needs to recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through in-person sales to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Resolve customer needs efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions while ensuring follow-up for complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and handle documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Go above and beyond to actively engage with customers, creating lasting positive impressions.
