Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our non-alcoholic hemp beverages to various retail outlets, including Liquor stores and authorized retailers across New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Present and demonstrate our product line to potential clients
- Negotiate case deals and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Travel throughout New Jersey to find and develop leads
- Frequently check current locations for re-orders, marketing support, and tasting events
- Be thoroughly familiar with our products and be able to answer frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have your own car
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- Base salary of $30,000 per year
- Commission of 5-15% on all sales
