Job Overview: We are looking for passionate individuals interested in the beverage industry to join us as entry-level Beverage Formulation and Sanitation Technicians. Your key responsibilities will involve mixing beverage formulations and adhering to Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures. We support our team's growth with onsite training and development opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the beverage fill line and equipment used in the formulation

  process

• Ensure a continuous supply of cans to the production line

• Conduct regular quality control checks

• Maintain equipment cleanliness in compliance with GMP (General Manufacturing

  Practices) standards

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy packaging machinery

• Accurately mix beverage formulations according to specified recipes

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of unitanks

• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and quality control procedures

• Perform chemical mixing and sanitation tasksConduct regular quality control checks

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other technicians and brewery staff

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Basic understanding of mixing and blending processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus over long periods

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $15-$18
