We are looking to hire Roofing Sales Reps for our Raytown location. No prior sales experience required, training will be provided to the right candidate! This is a six-figure potential position.

Base Pay + Commission!

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients within our target market and cultivate relationships with them through door-knocking, networking, and customer referrals
• Attend adjuster meetings
• Conduct sales appointments, provide roof inspections or schedule inspections for project managers, and sign contracts
• Collect payment from the customer as needed and turn in jobs to be built
• Manage relationships and sales pipeline

Requirements

• Ability to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing new networking relationships, and utilizing proven strategies in the roofing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to knock doors. 
• Must have a positive attitude, and enjoy meeting with and speaking with new people.
• Experience with in-person sales and a proficient closer.
• Experience in roofing a plus but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license
