Job Summary:

We are growing private practice, seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist with a can-do attitude to join our dedicated dental team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care by keeping your patients focused on optimal and necessary treatment needs 

Responsibilities:

•    High level of patient communication skills

•    Complete a thorough assessment of the patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues.

•    Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, & sealant

•    Administer fluoride treatments

•    Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

•    Proficiency in digital dental imaging

•    Experience with Dentrix

•    Communicate with doctor when a patient my benefit from restorative and/or periodontal needs 

•    Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction at all times

Qualifications:

•    Current Texas State Dental Hygiene License (Required)

•    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field.

•    Strong anatomy knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting

•    Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
