We are proud to have a wonderful team of talented technicians who are dedicated to education and furthering their own skills and abilities. We are constantly striving to find teachable moments in the lab on real cases to highlight areas where we can improve or learn from. We receive over 60% of our work digitally through intra oral scanners and systems like PIC that utilize photogrammetry to minimize stone model work, scanning etc. Most all our work is implant based restorations or are complex restorative dentistry cases furthering the need for multi department coordination and collaboration. Cross training our team members allows our team to have a broader knowledge and understanding of the cases we work on and know what is needed for the other departments to deliver excellence on our cases as we are always looking to improve.
