Please note, this is an onsite position, and the selected candidate will be required to work directly from our operational headquarters and client locations. This job is Not a Remote Job and necessitates a commitment to hands-on, physical tasks in various outdoor settings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing wood fences, including setting posts and securing panels.
• Carrying lumber and concrete to various job sites as required.
• Assisting in pre-staining operations to prepare materials for final applications.
• Performing maintenance and repair services on fences and decks.
• Executing precise staining and sealing of wood products to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Fulfilling custom requests as per client specifications and company standards.
• Observing all safety protocols and company guidelines during all phases of work.
• Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor with progress updates and any issues encountered.
• Working collaboratively in a team setting to efficiently complete project tasks.
• Participating in training sessions to upgrade skills and adopt new techniques.
• Engaging with clients professionally to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in woodwork, carpentry, or related fields preferred.
• Must be able to physically lift items weighing up to 80lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and comprehensive background check.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling tasks.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as project deadlines demand.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Adaptability to learn and implement new techniques and tools quickly.
