Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager at Pan-Am Dental will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention in the dental lab industry. This role will oversee all aspects of the company's marketing strategy, including digital marketing, content creation, brand management, public relations, and partnerships. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and promote the company's services to dental professionals, including dentists, dental practices, and dental service organizations (DSOs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth, focusing on brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Build and maintain a strong, differentiated brand identity in the dental industry.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization to generate and nurture leads.
• Content Marketing: Develop content strategies that educate, engage, and inform potential and current customers. Oversee the creation of whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and other content assets.
• Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and trade publications. Manage press releases and media opportunities to enhance brand credibility.
• Event Management: Plan and manage participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to showcase the company’s services and products.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to create sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support customer acquisition efforts and drive revenue.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and business development.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve company objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the healthcare or dental lab industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and brand management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales and product departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with dental lab products, services, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office setting. Travel may be required for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
