Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. The primary mission of the model prep technician is to pour, duplicate and articulate physical models.  The model prep technician is expected to be an expert in models, trimming and articulation.  The model prep technician will be able to assess the quality of incoming impressions and provide usable records for the technicians to create their products.

Trimming models and dies

Maintaining supplies inventory; keeping equipment operating 
Cleaning of laboratory workspace 

Model Prep Technician Requirements
Education: Highschool 
Skills and Abilities: Intense visual concentration when working on dental cases. Strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills. Team player, client focus, keen to learn, positive attitude. 
No experience necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
